THIS ALWAYS APPLIES: No terms and conditions are binding on ThinJack Ltd  unless they are in a contract, signed in wet ink,  by the Managing Director (Guy Bromby). Use of suppliers’ products or services;  receipt of their e mails; replies to their e mails or payment of their invoices does NOT imply ThinJack Ltd acceptance of suppliers’ terms and conditions. Suppliers’ invoices without a valid and complete ThinJack Ltd order number will NOT be paid. All invoices should be within the pre-agreed financial limits of the purchase order.
